FL series machines reduce frozen food blocks for further processing. The cutting drum reduces blocks into flakes. FL 440 and FL 660 have automatic pneumatic block clamping. The cutting-area lid opens for access and the block pusher can be removed for cleaning.
Applications
Frozen meat, fish, vegetables and fruit, plus suitable cheese and chocolate blocks.
Models and technical specifications
FL 330: theoretical maximum yield 1500 kg/hour; motor power 7.5 kW; drum speed 130 rpm; four cutting blades; net weight 590 kg; fuse 20 A.
FL 440: theoretical maximum yield 4000 kg/hour; motor power 9.2/11.5 kW; drum speeds 70/140 rpm; four cutting blades; net weight 980 kg; fuse 32 A.
FL 660: theoretical maximum yield 8000 kg/hour; motor power 18.5 kW; drum speed 112 rpm; seven cutting blades; net weight 1860 kg; fuse 50 A.
Standard electrical supply: 400 V, 50 Hz.
Catalogue block temperature: down to -30 degrees C.
Low-knife cutting thicknesses: 3, 6 and 9 mm.
High-knife cutting thicknesses: 14, 17 and 20 mm. High knives are listed as included.
Options and requirements
Optional Cross blades cut across the main flakes to produce smaller pieces.
PZ 3/250 loader is optional for FL 440 and FL 660; no loader option is listed for FL 330.
FL 330 has a manually operated cover. FL 440 and FL 660 have pneumatically operated covers and require 6 bar compressed air.
Button control panel is standard.
The listed yields are theoretical maxima, not guaranteed production rates. Achievable output depends on the product and cutting configuration.
